Julienne is a mergers and acquisitions lawyer with over 28 years experience in private practice and in-house. Julienne supported transactions in over 45 countries for Shell and designed and delivered core competency training to a global team. In her current training and advisory practice she shares insights from her experience of managing a team of lawyers, cross cultural negotiations, stakeholder management, interdisciplinary collaboration and risk navigation to help lawyers enhance their skill set and embed their role as a trusted advisor.

During this time she has supported leaders and managers through periods of significant change, such as, economic recession, global mergers, and the journey to become a listed business.
