Julienne is a mergers and acquisitions lawyer with over 28 years’ experience in private practice and in-house.

Julienne supported transactions in over 45 countries for Shell and designed and delivered core competency training to a global team of lawyers, finance and business professionals.

Julienne has also acted as a facilitator on business leadership programs. She is passionate about ensuring that the people she works with are fully equipped to anticipate issues, manage risks, negotiate effectively and realise value on the projects and matters they are working on.

In her current training and advisory practice she shares insights from her experience of managing a team of lawyers, cross cultural negotiations, stakeholder management, interdisciplinary collaboration and risk navigation to help lawyers enhance their skill set and embed their role as a trusted advisor.

Julienne is admitted as a lawyer in England and Australia.
