Her passion to add value to others and help them unleash their own potential is palpable and together with her humble and engaging delivery she is an in-demand speaker.

William Peake

Global Managing Partner, Harneys

William Peake is the Global Managing Partner at Harneys. In that role, he chairs the firm’s Global Executive Committee driving Harneys’ overall strategic and cultural agendas. William is consistently recognised in Legal 500 and Chambers as a leading Cayman Islands litigation partner with over eighteen years of experience. He regularly advises investment vehicles and their liquidators, shareholders, directors, and associated individuals in relation to high value complex cross border disputes.

Karl Brown

Partner, Clarke Willmott

Karl is a Commercial Property Partner at national law firm Clarke Willmott LLP and is also the inaugural chair of the ED&I Committee at Clarke Willmott. Karl acts for developers and land owners in the sale and purchase of residential development land and his clients include major plc house builders. In 2014 Karl became the first black President of business group the Bristol Junior Chamber. Karl is a social mobility ambassador for the Law Society of England and Wales.

Julienne Baron

Associate, Professional Training Ltd

Julienne is a mergers and acquisitions lawyer with over 28 years experience in private practice and in-house. Julienne supported transactions in over 45 countries for Shell and designed and delivered core competency training to a global team. In her current training and advisory practice she shares insights from her experience of managing a team of lawyers, cross cultural negotiations, stakeholder management, interdisciplinary collaboration and risk navigation to help lawyers enhance their skill set and embed their role as a trusted advisor.

Bethan Watts

Associate, Professional Training Ltd

Bethan’s background in commercial litigation and private client work equips her with a deep understanding on the intricacies of the legal world. Having worked for a US firm in London and also in an offshore jurisdiction, she has a real insight into law firm culture and is able to connect with a broad range of clients, both in the UK and around the world.

Clare Collins

Associate, Professional Training Ltd

Clare’s expertise is in Talent Management and Development, drawing on 20+ years’ experience in the HR leadership team of two global law firms. During this time she has supported leaders and managers through periods of significant change, such as, economic recession, global mergers, and the journey to become a listed business. She is a lifelong learner, gaining her MBA in Leadership in Practice in 2022.
