William is consistently recognised in Legal 500 and Chambers as a leading Cayman Islands litigation partner with over eighteen years of experience. He regularly advises investment vehicles and their liquidators, shareholders, directors, and associated individuals in relation to high value complex cross border disputes.

Karl Brown

Partner, Clarke Willmott
Karl is a Commercial Property Partner at national law firm Clarke Willmott LLP and is also the inaugural chair of the ED&I Committee at Clarke Willmott. Karl acts for developers and land owners in the sale and purchase of residential development land and his clients include major plc house builders. In 2014 Karl became the first black President of business group the Bristol Junior Chamber. Karl is a social mobility ambassador for the Law Society of England and Wales.
