Clare’s expertise lies in Talent Management and Development, drawing on 20+ years’ experience in the HR leadership team of two global law firms. During this time she has supported leaders and managers through periods of significant change, such as economic recession, global mergers and the journey to become a listed business. She is a lifelong learner, gaining her MBA in Leadership in Practice in 2022.

She has worked with the SRA to advise and support change, appearing on their website and speaking at their 2023 COLP conference. She has also featured as a guest speaker on university panels, on Legal Cheek’s annual conference and as a guest speaker on their Commercial Awareness course.
