Dealing with Challenging Interactions
This training course will give you the skills to work with those people that may be considered ‘challenging’.
The skills are mainly aimed at workplace relationships, but they have the added advantage of helping with personal relationships. You will also be given the opportunity to look in the mirror: Are you ‘challenging’? Is your mindset closed to the possibilities of what your team member has to offer?

Recognise the elements of trust and explore how you can build this
Learn to demonstrate the skill of empathy and understand why it is important
Identify what happens when you are in conflict with others/how you can ensure both parties win
Practice techniques to keep balanced when overwhelmed by a challenging situation
